Open Net backs Electronic Financial Transactions Act bill and Digital Signature bill

Today, MPs Lee Jong-gul and Choi Jae-Chun with Open Net’s backing respectively submitted the aforesaid bills designed to abolish the “certificate” requirement for online payment and the rule requiring all certificates to be root-certified by the government agency.
