Open Net submitted an opinion to the Public Administration and Security Committee of the National Assembly on 15 proposed amendments to the Public Official Election Act. Open Net largely commented on 7 issues related to the abolition of the Internet real name law and the crime of publication of falsehood and candidate slander, online censorship of the Election Commission, and fake news and the internet portal regulation from the freedom of expression and privacy perspective.
